About the host
Hosted by The Wen

I've hosted dozens of parties, owned a restaurant and am a former Air Bnb superhost. I've had dozens of roommates and guests stay in my home, as well as raising three children who are now adults. Two live at our farm on the Kinnickinnic river in Wisconsin. The intent was to someday do weddings but for now we have a Sniffspot Dog Park where people and their dogs run free with no one else around!
This comes natural and is fun. I am a people person and like to blend work with life. When I can't be here on site I have friends come to stay and help.

Why they chose this property
I just immediately felt an affinity with the building itself. Such fabulous condition with fun spaces in a quiet and friendly town.
Now I spend much of my time here with my mother (87) and her friend Jerry (84) who is a great help with many exterior fixes that are on going. They love to get away from the hustle & bustle of the cities.

What makes this property unique
It was built as a rooming house originally in 1904, but was completely upgraded in 1994. Carriage house added in 04/05. That means it is in fantastic condition, with all modern heat, A/C and electrical conveniences, but a historic vibe. It's beautiful, quiet, and the rooms are spread out with lots of privacy for all! With a unique layout, no two rooms are alike.
