On gather Santa RZosa Bike trail, the condo comes with a kayak for two, SUP, a dock, boat ramp, tennis, pickle ball, BBQ and pool. All amenities in a completely renovated unit with a modern kitchen.

Lovely place, great location

This condo is pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the view is beautiful. It overlooks Little Sabine Bay (I think that’s the right body of water) and is convenient to lots of things, though it is quiet at the same time. The bedrooms are comfortable and the toiletries in the bathrooms are a nice quality. The furniture in the living area is very nice and the decor is pretty. Our party consisted of two couples and we were all very happy with the accommodations. We would stay here again.

Jim (owner) was very responsive and helpful with everything. The condo is very nice and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped… It even had a waffle maker which made my kids very happy! The view of bay was beautiful and gulf beach is directly across the street. The pics on VRBO does not show off how nice this place truly is.

Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club

My wife and I had a wonderful 4 night stay stay. Jim our host was very accommodating !! I asked if the unit had a beach umbrella and Jim said no "but I'll get one". Furnishings were very comfortable and the location to the beach was ideal. We also enjoyed the on-property pool !! We will definitely be back !

This is a great location for water activities and walking to the central beach core, while away from crowds.
While gulf beach access is a short walk, the beach is pristine, Sabine bay is clean safe for water activities.
