The main level also holds the dining room with table that seats 6-8 and a powder room. The upper level has three generously sized bedrooms, a loft area and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level offers a spacious entertainment room with something to keep everyone occupied for hours on end with a choice of shooting some pool, enjoying some ping pong, a game of darts or opting for a choice from the board games. The game room with an attached bath also holds a sleeper sofa. The deck with gas grill, table and chairs, accessed through French doors in the dining room offer guests a perfect spot to relax, cook and dine outdoors while taking in the fresh Adirondack air, nature around you and beautiful views.

River Bend #17 offers a Maximum of 2 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
