Sea Garden Cottage is a true island gem and escape. Sea Garden Cottage is located on North Shore Drive at the north end of the island. It’s charming decor and garden oasis are sure to make you lose yourself in your future get-a-way.

This home rests on a 1.23 acre lot directly on the Gulf, a rarity on the island. The lot is surrounded by mature trees, tropical vegetation, and views of the Gulf and its sandy shores.

The master bedroom has king size bed with half bath and TV. The guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds. Both rooms open to a screened lanai where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Loved this place

Absolutely love this place! Walk to the beach was close & amazing. They had everything you needed for the beach & actual nice beach chairs. We’ve stayed many places where beach chairs were broken or just really crappy. Not the case here. Property manager was super nice & responsive. Beds were very comfortable. Sheets & towels were really good quality, No complaints. Really hoping this place stays small since it seems everything being built is huge & out of our price range if it’s just me & my husband going

Amazing!

Great communication and a very responsive host kari.The location was perfect! There is just a short walk to the water. All of the amenities from the beach chairs to the sand toys to the bikes were amazing. Enjoyed our stay for spring break!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could possibly need for beach, fun, and privacy. We were there when hurricane Helene came mandatory evacuation and this house was the only house on the block that didn't get more than 3 inches of water intrusion

Perfect Getaway

This was our second stay on the island and it was wonderful! The home had everything we needed and then some extras!! I don’t think pictures can do the property justice, I felt like we were in the jungle of a tropical destination. Beautiful trees, plants, and wildlife on the property. Look forward to coming back next year.

AMI Great Stay

We have visited Anna Maria Island for years always renting a home. The Sea Garden Cottage is the nicest home we have rented and is very well appointed for guests- from a bottle of wine to welcome you to sports supplies and a fully loaded kitchen. It would be hard not to enjoy your stay!!

Best Vacation!!!

Our stay here was incredible! The property itself was amazing: the home was very clean and the most well stocked rental that we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the lush landscaping on property, and the beautiful sunsets from the provided Adirondack chairs near the beach path. It was the perfect stay and we hope to come back soon! Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage with us!

Loved the house, great location and beach access. The house could have been cleaner. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to some details. With only one shower in the home the shower needs some attention. We enjoyed our stay and Kari is great to work with and always available for questions and concerns.

Fantastic house in exceptional location

We loved our stay at this beach house. It's quieter on the north end which I appreciated. I practically lived on the porch. It was my favorite room. The beach access was lovely, and we spent a lot of time there. The shed was well stocked with beach equipment too. We will come back.

A special place

Our expectations were met and then some! This really is a special place, and we can’t imagine going anywhere else now. The jungle walk to the beach, sunsets under the palm trees and walks to see wildlife on Bean Point both delighted us and our 12 and 8 year old. Can’t wait to return!

This is a great little house in an outstanding location. The beach access is great, as are the grounds accessible between the home and the beach. There’s a ton of value in staying here due to how well appointed the property is as well as how convenient it is to get to shops and restaurants on the north end. Thanks a ton!

Beautiful Thanksgiving at the Beach!

We loved our stay at this traditional beach bungalow! Just the right size for our small family, with beautiful landscaped grounds and private path to the beach. We took advantage of the quality, modern appliances to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - including containers for leftovers! The beds and linens were very comfortable, and the central A/C was quiet and efficient. We took advantage of the provided beach cart and beach chairs, which are provided along with bikes, kayaks, beach toys - everything you would want for an active day at the beach. I highly recommend this property for your next beach vacation!

Ideal beach experience

This property has everything you could imagine for a tropical and relaxing beach getaway. The island location and expansive white sand beach with lovely sunsets over the gulf are hard to duplicate. This home is definitely worth a return visit.

The perfect beach escape

We took our first family vacation with our 1 year old and this house was absolutely perfect! Felt just like home, comfortable beds, impeccable backyard area and just steps to the most beautiful beach. You are close to some of the best restaurants and shops Anna Maria has to offer. We loved our stay and were sad to leave!

Perfect return to Anna Maria Island.

We returned for our 5 stay over the past 16 years , but our first since 2016 and our first as empty nesters. This place was absolutely perfect. The home itself was clean and spectacularly decorated. The storage building was full of chairs , a cart, umbrellas, including an ice chest to use. The backyard and access to the beach (northern point - less crowds ) made for easy in and out to the beach and allowed for quick trips to refresh or grab something. We look forward to returning again in 2024.
