About a half-mile walk from downtown Dewey Beach, you'll have easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Walk to downtown Rehoboth Beach and its famous boardwalk, which is only one mile away. Explore the nearby Coastal Highway for outlet shopping, movie theaters, and antique stores.
Relax indoors and take advantage of the direct ocean views. The recent upgrades include a new third floor, new electrical and plumbing systems, central air-conditioning and heating, and hurricane-rated windows and doors. The main level open floor plan consists of a room and opens to a large deck with comfortable seating and an eight-foot Tucci cantilevered umbrella. The second-floor ocean-facing guest bedroom is designed to double as a cozy hang-out room with a TV, sofa, daybeds, and a fabulous mural of a local map, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind while overlooking the beach. The primary bedroom just down the hall brings the seaside indoors with its calming wallpaper resembling the ocean's waves and accents to match. Each bedroom has access to it's own bath with the ability to close the door off to the central shower. (There are no ground-floor bedrooms.) The third-floor ocean-facing bedroom has a large private deck.
With two fridges and a well-equipped kitchen, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amenities like a washer/dryer, WiFi, and board games are also included.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
