Living room has a very comfortable pull out sofa imported from Italy as well. Building is directly across the street from the Metro making public transportation easy! No smoking of any kind and no pets. Paid parking on site. Paid community laundry room. Walk to Farmers Market, movies and restaurants. Utilities charged separately.
