About this property
Creekside Cabin @ Mt. Rainier with Hot Tub and Game Room
Welcome to Rainier River Retreat, an upscale creekside cabin offering the ideal escape for families, friends, and couples craving the Northwest ambiance. Get cozy in front of the river rock fireplace or unwind in the separate game room, featuring a pool table, card games, and lounge. Listen to the sounds of the creek from your private backyard with firepit and hot tub; maybe you’ll even catch a fish! Your perfect retreat begins here!
Rainier River Retreat is nestled at the gateway to Mt. Rainier National Park! Among our collection of luxurious cabins and vacation homes, this retreat stands as one of our most sought-after accommodations.
Thoughtfully updated for your comfort and tranquility, this cabin boasts four bedrooms, two featuring king-size beds (convertible to twins) and two with queen-size beds. Two bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a spacious walk-in shower, are conveniently located on the main floor.
Meal preparation is a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything from pots and pans to bakeware and serving ware.
After a day of exploring the breathtaking Mt. Rainier area, unwind in the cabin with entertainment options galore. Enjoy movie night on one of three LCD televisions with DVD players and a selection of movies. Gather in the detached game room and challenge your group to a board game or determine who amonst you is the pool shark as you play on our full sized pool table! Two built-in day beds offer extra sleeping accommodations.
This cabin’s standout feature is the creekside backyard. Watch birds fly in and out of the trees and listen to the sounds of Big Creek as you gather around the fire pit, soak in the eight person jetted hot tub, or grill up a meal on the patio’s gas grill!

Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.
The hot tub chemicals are balanced twice a week. The tech is onsite for approximately 15 minutes. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions or skin sensitivities. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you.
