This newly remodeled lakefront home includes new paint, new carpet throughout and a beautifully redesigned kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and tile flooring. 5 bedrooms and 4 baths provide ample space for a large family and kids of all ages will enjoy the game room. Adjacent to the game room is a carpeted bunk room with 4 single beds, a queen bed and a full bath. The outdoor spaces are as welcoming and comfortable as the inside. Guests enjoy panoramic views of the lake from a private porch outside the 3-story master bedroom, plus a screened front porch, a deck off of the main living room, and a patio off of the game room that provides easy access to the beach, lake and a private dock.

5 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms , Wi-Fi, Basement game room with Xbox video game console, foosball table, TV and board games, 42 inch flat screen TVs and cable television in all living rooms and bedrooms . DVD players in both living rooms, board games and books. Stainless kitchen appliances, granite countertops ;new pots and pans and kitchen tools, washer and dryer, Linens and towels, gas grill with side burner and grilling utensils. Covered front porch facing; screened upper back porch facing lake; lower-level patio with access to beach and lake ; private boat dock with Adirondack chairs and table

Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished . Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court and Swing set for the kids. Free Kayaks, water bicycles .Located adjacent to Chestnut Bay Resort is Pirates Bay Waterpark. Getting Around:
No outside golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local restaurants
