About this property

Rustic Shore

Newly renovated exterior with stained pine nicely designed with Cabin-y feel interior. Placid, dead-end road facing an approximately 2 mile long, 519 acre lake. Private spot, surrounded by forest, for relaxing, taking in nature, sighting wildlife, boating, fishing for northern, bass, pan fish, walking trails, campfires. Access to ATV and snowmobile trails. County forest land covering thousands of acres 1/3 mile away. Shop, dine, enjoy entertainment and museums in Spooner and Hayward, 17 miles either direction.
The space
*We are in the process of updating the exterior of the home, please pardon the unfinished appearance*
There are four steps up to the two bedrooms. Living room has a four inch step down from the dining area. Bathroom is off kitchen area by laundryroom. Plenty of closet and storage space. Acess to the house is facing the lake. Motion lights for evenings. Covered deck area to lounge and enjoy view. Another exit and entrance to house is through lower level with six steps to living room.

Entire house and grounds as well as adjacent property of owner with walking trails.

Other things to note
*Please note This is not a beach for swimming. The lake is for boating, canoeing and fishing.*. The shoreline is weedy making it somewhat of a challenge to leave the dock area. There is also another dock available a one minute walk through the woods.
Canoe and row boat available for complimentary use. Firewood available with initial supply provided.
In Shell Lake, 30 minutes away, you can enjoy swimming and sunning.
