4 bed, 3 bath mountain retreat, just 3 miles from the Whiteface ski area. Built in 2018, this highly efficient home is full of natural light due to its westerly orientation. Stunning, uninterrupted views of the Stevens range and Whiteface Mountain. Large pane glass allows for panoramic views.

Our home sleeps 10 people. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with king beds. The master bedroom has a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair by the window. It also has a sitting area and en suite bathroom.
The guest bedroom upstairs has direct access to the guest bathroom from the room. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. Both upstairs rooms have closets with extra pillows and linens.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, each with queen beds. They share a closet with extra pillows and linens. There is another full bathroom downstairs. All four rooms have luggage racks.
The living area downstairs has a couch that pulls out into a bed. There is a mattress pad with linens underneath the 85" television.
The kitchen is built for people who love to cook. We offer a Wolf Gourmet oven, range, and microwave, a Sub Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, and a kitchen fully outfitted with cookware.
You can listen to music while you cook by connecting your phone to the two Apple HomePods by the upstairs TV.
There are two separate exercise areas. Upstairs, there we have two yoga mats, a foam roller, and a chirp wheel for your back. Downstairs, we have a workout mat and set of dumbbells, ranging from 5 pounds to 20 pounds.
The lower level has a convenient mud room entrance with plenty of storage for gear. There is a hot tub near the entryway.
The detached garage has space for two cars and plenty of extra room for gear.
The backyard has an open area for games and also a fire pit.
We are located seconds from the Three Sisters Preserve and minutes from Hardy Mountain bike trails, Whiteface Mountain, West Branch of the Ausable River. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to downtown Lake Placid.
In the winter, we recommend entering the home on the ground level. There is an electronic keypad lock to enter the home. We will provide a code before you arrive.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. The guest making the reservation is the Responsible Party. The Responsible Party must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire stay booked.
HOUSE USAGE:
1. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked at the house at any time.
2. A maximum of 10 guests can stay at the house or be on the property.
3. No parties or events
4. No commercial photography or filming
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
1. Being a vacation renter means being a good neighbor.
2. No music or sound-producing devices outside at any time. This includes playing music indoors that can be heard outside.
3. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. During these hours, please keep voices low and do not use the hot tub after 10 PM.
SECURITY FEATURES:
1. For your safety, we have Blink cameras at all entry points (basement entry, front door). There is also a camera in the garage, where we store additional equipment.
