The perfect home if you are looking to experience every taste of AZ. Within a 20 minute drive you can decide to go hiking in the McDowell Mountain Regional Park; find shopping around the Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, Northsight, and Paradise Valley Village; or choose to attend one of the events taking place at TPC Scottsdale or WestWorld of Scottsdale. The three bedrooms sleep a total of 6 people throughout 4 beds and then we have two bathroom, both with double vanities!

| Bedrooms & Bathrooms|
The primary room is furnished with a king sized bed across from a private television in this room. There is a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has been upgraded to have two vanities and a tiled, walk-in shower with the overhead rain shower head.
Our second bedroom has a queen bed and another private television. The closet will have ample storage space and the sliding doors double as full length mirrors.
The third bedroom sleeps two guests in separate, twin beds. This bedroom is small but we find it perfect for the siblings or the friends of the group!
The guest bathroom is located down the hallway next to the bedrooms. This bathroom features a shower/tub combo and again two vanities to provide an extra area to get ready in the morning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances. We plan for you to utilize this space to store beverages and small snacks or to host a 3-course meal for family and friends. You can rest assured you’ll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the Keurig or Nespresso machine and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired!
The dining room table is next to the kitchen area and seats five people.

As you enter through our front door, we have two chairs set up to provide room division from the dining and living areas but still situated to be a part of the space. The kitchen and dining area are straight in front of the entry and to the right you have the living room. The family television and games invite you to utilize this space to the fullest.
The laundry room is located off the living room and has a front load washer and dryer and then a sink and cabinet space. You will find household supplies in here!

Out in our small, private backyard we have strung lights under the covered patio for extra lighting as the day ends. We have a propane grill, outdoor seating and cornhole boards for you to enjoy the perfect AZ weather!
The garage is not accessible to the guests!

- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.
- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV's in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.
