This one bedroom, one bath apartment with balcony is in a low rise building on the 4th floor overlooking the pool & garden. There are only 2 apartments per floor. It is one of the largest one bedroom apartment in the area at 150 sq meters. This complex is a quiet retreat in the most popular residential area of Pattaya. The apartment is stocked with tableware, cutlery, bed linens, pillows and towels. Sleep well on our five star hotel quality beds. Master bedroom has en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The bedrooms comfortably sleep 2 people. We can provide extra bedding for one child sleeping on couch. Enjoy free WIFI in this apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator freezer, 5 burner stove, oven, microwave and washing machine. Our garage is secured with electric gate and has space for cars and motor bikes. There is a full time housekeeping staff available if you desire their services. Linens are changed every seven days. A 3000 thb security deposit is required on short term rentals which is refundable after damage inspection at check-out. Please note we do not accept credit cards. Charge for electric: 1-5 day rentals receive 20 KW/per day free. Usage over 20 KW is billed at 6 thb/kw over 20. Stays over 5 days will be billed according to the unit electric meter at the rate of 6 thb/kw
