Welcome to this BRAND NEW home in Magnolia Cove on Lake Martin! Enjoy the resort style neighborhood pool and hot tub, dog park and everything this location has to offer by boat! This home sits a short walk to your designated boat slip. This home features an open den and dining area along with laundry room, half bath and primary bedroom all on the main floor. French doors open to a huge, covered patio with additional dining and seating overlooking the wooded back yard. The large primary has a walk in closet, large bathroom and zero entry shower. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with two queen beds. There are also two built in bunks in the loft separating the two bedrooms, along with a full size bathroom. Seconds from Niffers, this location is amazing by water or boat!

A family of 5, and we all love the water! We love this house because of the location on the lake and to Auburn. We love the neighborhood because of the pool, hot tub and fireplace!
Why they chose this property
We LOVE this home and the location and the neighborhood pool and hot tub! We love that it's just a short walk or drive to the dedicated boat slip. We love Niffers, Oskars, Castelluccio, Lake Martin Pizza and Lake Martin Creamery and they are ALL within 5 minutes! We also love taking the boat to The Social, Bluffs Daquiri and Chuck's!
What makes this property unique
We set up this house to maximize the space and people! We spend most of our time on the huge back porch or on the lake, so we have setup the upstairs bedrooms with two queen beds each! All three bedrooms and den have Smart TVs, so you just need to bring your login because the high speed wifi is waiting for you!
