Hidden away on 2.5 acres and surrounded by trees. Enjoy peace, quiet, and complete privacy with no neighbors in sight! Only TVA land between you and the lake. Plenty to do in the area...whiskey trail, fishing/kayaking Elk River, boating Tims Ford Lake to name a few!

3 minutes (0.9 miles) to boat ramp!
Nightlife in downtown Tullahoma or Winchester 25 mins away.

**IMPORTANT: At this time, UTV and non-motorized lake toys are only available April 1 to October 31. Must request at least 48 hours before check-in day so that we may prepare them for you before your stay. All drivers of UTV must have a valid driver's license. Short instructional video must be watched and waiver signed by all drivers prior to release of key.

I'm originally from Texas, moved to Tennessee over 20 years ago...wow! I love Tennessee, perfect for raising a family. When I'm not hosting, I am a full-time mom/chauffer to four teenagers and part-time emergency dialysis nurse. I love being a host! I love the guest interaction. I've met, even if mostly by correspondence, the coolest people and sweetest families. I strive to make sure all the details are taken care of so all of my guests can focus on the important stuff...relaxing, having fun, and making memories!

The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe! We chose this property mostly for the privacy and beautiful surroundings...a place to bring our family, let loose, and unwind. The minute you leave your car, you want to take a huge breath of fresh air and let all the stresses out. It really is so peaceful there!
What makes this property unique
The proximity to the lake is awesome and our experience at the public boat ramp has always been ideal...clean and never busy. Great place to bring your lake toys.
