Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is featured with 3 bedrooms w/a total of 4 queen beds, private & fully fenced back yard, resort style balcony and rooms filled with plenty of nature lights. Super convenient location with minutes Dr. to local bars, restaurants, farmers market. Easy commute to Seattle DT & UW. A.C equipped. 1 car garage and drive way parking available & easy street parking.

On Master Bedroom on upper floor with 1 queen been. Two guest bedrooms on the lower floor. One has two queen beds and the other has one queen.

In unit washer & dryer on lower floor. Free fast speed internet. There is a wall mounted HD T.V. in living room and free YouTube TV (equivalent to cable tv) is included.

Guest has access to entire house including back yard and garage.

*****Attention*****: Fireplace for decoration only. Please do not turn it on.
