This modern and contemporary apartment is set in the best location to enjoy all Melbourne has to offer. Uninterrupted stunning views to north and west of CBD, Docklands and Southern Cross Station. The apartment is filled with abundance of natural light. Enjoy the convenient Melbourne CBD living style with shops and cafes across the road. There is even a Coles Supermarket and a Asian Grocery shop just across the road. Tramlines are at your doorstep. The free city circle tram is just a 4 minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll will bring you to the Docklands, Crown Casino and Entertainment Centre and South Wharf DFO.

The apartment is just 200 meters (2 mins walk) from Southern Cross Station which the Skybus terminal is located. So getting to/from the Melbourne airport via the Skybus is really easy!

Couldn’t fault this place or the host. Fantastic location and a very clean & well maintained apartment. Views from the panoramic windows & balcony were breathtaking. Lots of great little restaurants at doorstep. My kids loved the garden terrace, pool and rock climbing wall on level 6. Can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing family city stay

Property is conveniently near Southern Cross Station and free tram zone is very convenient for visitors exploring CBD. Also grocery store across the street for those like us who wish to prepare a few meals on our travels. Unit is well equipped and surprisingly quiet given the construction of the new Ritz Carlton. Across the street. Windows very effective at keeping noise out. Access to a modest gym and a pool in next building.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

Great location only a short walk from Southern Cross Station so very easy to get to and from the Airport on the SkyBus. Getting in and out of the apartment building is easy. The apartment is a nice size with 2 bathrooms so staying with up to 6 people is no issue (we had 5). Decent sized kitchen area that you really only need for making coffee and tea at night as there are way too many options for eating out in Melbourne. Plenty of cups, utensils etc. none the less. The lounge area is a nice size so the apartment feels pretty open and there's a nice view out over the city. Short walk to Victoria Markets, Docklands and Marvel Stadium, Crown Casino or into the CBD. We went to the footy at the MCG and there is no issue getting there from this side of the city. The host is extremely nice and communication was great. Will definitely stay here again when in Melbourne.

This is really an excellent apt. One of the best we've rented. The location is perfect; near the So. Cross station, the free tram, the dockland and the CBD. It is very clean and well outfitted. The bathrooms were modern, clean and the shower was great. The beds were new and very comfortable. The Wifi worked as expected as did the AC. The TV is nice and large! The views from this corner Apt are stunning. All of the windows are outfitted with black-out type shades so it easy to block out the light for sleep or the sun from heating the apt. too much. The kitchen area is fine for quick meals; there's a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and clothes washer. Daniel and Simon were very attentive and responsive to all of our needs. The instructions for arrival and check-in are definitely the best we've ever seen. We did have a car and the adjoining car park was a blessing. Very nice place, we'd love to come back to it sometime.
