You will LOVE the views from the 800 sf private beach balcony on the 9th floor! This condo is 1550 sf and has been extensively renovated. There are stainless steel Bosch appliances in the kitchen along with gorgeous custom cabinets and large span quartz countertops. The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee maker (kcup and carafe), blender, toaster, large pots, plenty of dishware, glassware and cutlery. The table seats 8 with 4 barstools for additional seating at the kitchen island. You'll find tons of patio seating: 3 four top Berlin Gardens sets, plus other PVC furniture. Enjoy al fresco dining or enjoy a beverage with a view from one of 2 chaise lounges. The bedrooms (upstairs) are King, Queen and Queen plus a Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area (downstairs). Each bedroom has a sliding glass door with access to private 10th floor balconies overlooking the bay and beach. The Master bathroom is ensuite with an updated bathroom and walk-in shower while the two Queen bedrooms share a full bathroom that has also been completely updated. There is a large half bath downstairs with custom cabinetry and beautiful quartz as well as a full sized stacked washer/dryer.

Nice upgrades since the last time we rented this unit. Loved it before, but now it's even nicer. Plenty of room, excellent views of the beach and the SpaceX launch facility. Witnessed a launch but it was so cloudy and hazy all we could see were the flames. Still, it was pretty exciting. Unit was sparkling clean and everything was in good order. We'll look to rent it again when we go back to SPI !

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is beautiful and well cared for. Walking distance to the beach. Reverse Osmosis water was so nice to have. Beth was an excellent host!

Great getaway!

This condo was one of the most well appointed rentals we have stayed at. The views are incredible! The patio was awsome, and also had plenty of furniture to accommodate everyone and then some. Beth was super easy to communicate with, and was fast to respond to any of our questions. We would highly recommend staying here!

Memorable Family Vacation

This is a beautiful Condo with everything you could possible need for a great family vacation. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line cookware and serving pieces, along with tons of spices, etc. - we had a great family gathering for 12 with plenty of space for everyone. There is a closet with everything you need for the beach - you don't have to bring a thing which is a huge convenience. We stayed a week and it wasn't enough as everything was perfect!

Beautiful and well stocked

One of the nicest places we’ve rented to date. Everything was provided down to the smallest detail. There was even all the beach toys with a wagon to carry them in. Beautiful views and a patio to die for. Wonderful dining options in walking distance. We ate at Yummies every morning and highly recommend their Spanish Macchiato. Gabriella’s had great brick oven pizza and a quaint atmosphere. We will be back.

Comfortable stay

We had such a good time on our trip. The building is so well-maintained and the condo was immaculate. Here are a few highlights: - kitchen was very well-stocked with anything you could want or need. - furniture was not only clean, but higher end and comfortable. Felt like home rather than a rental. - grills in the common area were pristine. - the walk to the beach was totally manageable and they do provide a wagon as well as a ton of toys. - renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach were affordable and we opted for that every day instead of dragging more gear. This was such a fun, quick trip and we will definitely be back!

This Condo is So Awesome

I have Stayed at this Condo Every Year for the Last 5 Years and this Condo is Really Awesome. The Bathrooms are Modern and Immaculate. It is Spacious and the Furniture is Nice. The Condo is Close to the Beach and Everyone is so Friendly. The Owner of this Condo (Beth) is so Friendly, Very Helpful and Very Responsive. I Highly Recommend Booking this Condo.

Paradise on Padre Island

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this condo is. It was beautifully furnished, well stocked, and had incredible views. All appliances and kitchen tools were top of the line, and attention to detail to make your stay easy and convenient were there - Touches like charging ports on lamps and in kitchen and a well stocked beach closet The owner was always quick to respond to questions, even months out from our reservation! We will be back and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice place, wonderful owner, but not right on the beach, although it faces the gulf

We enjoyed our stay very much, and would stay here again, if the budget allowed, because it is not cheap. The condo was well furnished, with everything someone could possibly expect for their stay. The owners (who manage the condo) are great folks, and easy to work with. Be aware that it to get to the beach, you must walk through another complex, so it's about a five or ten minute walk. Reasonable, though.

Amazing views!

This vacation home is the most amazing we've stayed at in Padre! There are two enormous patios, one facing the beach and the other facing both the ocean and the bay. One of the bedrooms is all glass on two sides, with water views through both. The condo was up-to-date, well-kept, and well-stocked. In front of the condo complex is a wonderful ceviche restaurant, and brunch at Yummie's Bistro a few steps away is a must-do. The beach was perfect and the pool was newly updated and not too crowded. Owner Beth was super nice and very organized. We'll be back for our next vacation!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

I stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday. This place was stocked with everything and more to make this a special occasion. The views are priceless!! The entire condo was inviting and decorated very well. The kitchen and wet bar are stocked with everything but the food and adult beverages. The owner was very easy to work with and delivered what was promised. The location of the property was perfect, right off the causeway. I am definitely going to come back. Thanks Beth!

Beautiful Condo with a view!!!

We stayed at Sunchase IV #910. Aug 1 to Aug 7th 2020 and we can’t wait to go back! We were 4 adults and 2 kids age 4 and 5. The view Inside and from our own 9th floor huge balcony is breathtaking. Also has balconies in each of the upstairs bedrooms, so the view is the gulf and the Bay/causeway. The condo has everything you need for cooking and playing and I do mean everything. The walk to the beach was maybe 7 or 8 minutes. We recommend purchasing the umbrella and chairs on the beach. The pool was a great alternative to the beach too. We took in both most days. The condo was really clean and building staff was visible with cleaning high touch places and we appreciated their presence. We highly recommend!!!!

Our stay October 13th thru19th. Just to start off with the view of the Gulf amazing. The cool breeze on the huge balcony breath taken. The condo is on two floors. The bed rooms are upstairs each with there own balconies very cool. Awesome, you can see the sunset over the bay in the evening's. And the sunrise just as amazing. The condo has everything you need and more. Such a nice up to date and very clean. Beth is awesome if you have an issue she is fast to respond. Like I did but my fault not Beth's. A short walk to the beach. Over all this place is awesome. And I've stayed in several condo's on the island none can compare. Can't wait to come back in June. Frank and Raylene Kingsland, Tx

Nice Condo, Parking is a Challenge

This was very well-maintained condo with excellent views. Overall, we enjoyed the condo. The HOA and check in process left A LOT to be desired. I expected to have two parking passes waiting for us as I called the HOA earlier in the week. The guard didn't have clue what he was doing upon check in. He gave us two different colored passes and told us one car had to be parked anywhere outside the property. Well, that was not entirely true as we ended up getting a car towed. Parking is abysmal at this property. Our tower only had one elevator working so there long wait times and the water was shut off for several hours with no communication from the HOA. We were able to contact the owner who informed us what was going on. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the most part, however given our experience with a HOA staff member and security, we won't be staying again. Again, condo was beautiful and owner was very nice.

Just what we needed...a place to relax with a full amenities!

I gotta say - this is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at on the island. Communication with Beth was great. Always quick to answer questions, tell us packages arrived and if the WiFi was disconnected. I had disconnected the WiFi, thinking they were digital assistants, like google home or Echos, and Beth let me know my internet was down. :). We received basic information after booking, with a ton of information waiting for us in the room. Didn’t have to hassle with checking in or dealing with staff on arrival or departure. The sun deck next to the balcony is the highlight. Having breakfast out on the sun deck was a key highlight to the trip. The views were fantastic from all 3 rooms. The master faces south west with a view of the bridge and bay, while the living room, bedrooms face east and south east. All three rooms are upstairs. The pool and access to the beach was very good. Jim’s beach service umbrellas are right outside when you get out to the beach.TV in master was a good size 42” I believe. TV in the living room is a newer model Samsung. Rooms were all very clean. Great cooking surface and dishes/pots and pans. Awesome barware. Very well stocked for those who enjoy wine, mixed drinks, etc. Pro Tip - Park on the south side of the building by the tennis court. It has a ramp that leads to the luggage and grocery carts. The ramp at the front was still under construction and there doesn’t seem to be a ramp from the sidewalk to the parking lot, at least I couldn’t find one. We ended up needing more bathing suits for my daughter so we drop shipped them to the condo. Expect a 1-2 day delay between the time someone signs for you package to the time you can actually pick it up. We would see the delivery confirmation come through and after a day or two it would be there ready for pickup. Overall a fantastic place to stay, super comfortable, clean and then some. Why they chose this property

Our family of five began coming to South Padre Island for vacations 30+ years ago. We have stayed in Sunchase exclusively. We like the quiet interior hallways, elevators and all the beautiful amenities Sunchase IV has to offer. The main level has been recently renovated so the grounds are beautiful, well-kept and the vibe is friendly. After so many years of visiting SPI, we wanted to make this condo the best of all we have seen.

What makes this property unique

The outdoor hot tub is huge (occupancy limited to 16)! The pool has 3 nice waterfall areas - very refreshing after a long day at the beach. There is umbrella and chaise lounge chair rental through Jim's Beach Service and it can be arranged online or in person. You can fly to Harlingen HRL or Brownsville BRO and arrange a shuttle to drop you at the front door. There is plenty of security. This development is gated and has a numeric keypad for entrance to and exit from the beach.
