The space
There is a full bedroom with a queen bed, and a fold-out couch bed in the living room, that fits two adults comfortably.

There is a private community coin laundromat inside the community center, for those needing to do laundry while visiting.

IMPORTANT: The HOA requires guests to pay an extra $90 fee for access to the community and amenities upon arrival. This includes parking & gate pass, access to amenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, etc.). This amount is NOT included within the final amount paid here, and MUST be paid in-person at the Welcome Center outside the gate upon arrival.

Guest access
Entire home and exterior is accessible, except a couple of cabinets inside and a small shed on the back deck outside.

Other things to note
This is one of the absolute closest places you can view SpaceX launches from. On the first test flight, pulverized sand actually fell on us after the launch. But that is very unlikely to happen again after they installed the Water Deluge system on the launchpad.

You can watch safely from the covered patio or from the driveway as shown in the photos.
