About this property

Pink Door Loft - Conveniently located in the downtown district of Manitowoc

Comfortable loft on the second floor. With both a sitting room that's great for reading or board games, as well as a game room with pool table and arcade games to keep you entertained. There is also a private back deck with propane fire pit, and a hot tub. We also have a fully fenced backyard for your furry friend as well.
I also like to point out again that this is a second floor location and it is a tall set of stairs😅
There is street parking, but no off-street parking available.

Perfect for our group!

We loved the pink door loft!! We stayed with our adult children and had so much fun! Walked to the lake and spent the evening playing pool, the video game and sitting in the hot tub. Really enjoyed the property! Very cool home decor and a big space. Perfect place to hang out and relax.

Fun, clean, spacious apartment

We loved the place! It was exactly as advertised - artistically decorated and very clean. Lots of space to spread out. The game room was a hit with pool table and video game. The deck and hot tub were icing on the cake. We'd stay here again on our next trip to Manitowoc.

I live in Manitowoc just down the road from the property. My wife and I also own the salon downstairs. I enjoy the outdoors, staying healthy, and board games with friends. I enjoy meeting the guests, but for the most part I prefer to keep to myself.

Why they chose this property

The location is great with a park just to the west and Lake Michigan to the east there are so many outdoor activities to be enjoyed. The lake walk/bike trail starts just a few blocks away, and there quite a few shops, restaurants, and bars within a 5minute walk of the property.

What makes this property unique

My wife and I are artists and we enjoyed designing a unique and comfortable place for our guests. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
