Newly remodeled 5-bedroom, 3-bath beauty in the woods in an excellent, safe, and scenic South Tahoe subdivision (Montgomery Estates). The beds provided are: king-size bed in the downstairs' master bedroom, king-size bed in the upstairs' master bedroom, and four bunk beds in the remaining three upstairs' bedrooms (each bunk bed has a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top). You can enjoy the beauty and serenity surrounding this wonderful home located off the beaten path, and yet be near all of South Lake Tahoe's amenities, including Heavenly Ski Resort; several nearby beaches for sunbathing, kayaking, sailing, paddle-boarding, jet-skiing, boating, fishing, water-skiing or wake-boarding; trails for mountain biking, backpacking, or hiking; nearby restaurants and shops; and the casinos and showrooms nearby at Stateline, Nevada. You'll be only 20 minutes away by car if you opt to visit spectacular Emerald Bay, Fannette Island, and Vikingsholm; Fallen Leaf Lake; or Cave Rock (NV) or Bliss (CA) state parks. If you love the outdoors, this is the place to be: skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding, and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, road- or mountain-bike cycling, running, backpacking, camping, golfing, swimming, and sunbathing in the spring, summer, or fall. There are also four major gaming casinos with nightly entertainment only 10 minutes from the house. Snowboarding Trip
We rented the property for a trip to heavenly resort to do some snowboarding. The house was great and located within 10 minutes of the California main lodge at heavenly. Rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all great and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Matt's place is clean, beautiful, spacious, and convenient. There were some hiccups during the stay but Matt is very responsive and accomodated us very quickly. Will recommend his place if you are looking for a nice place for your family and loved ones

Beautiful cozy home
Matt was very responsive host. He had sent all details well in advance. House is very nicely maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. Location of house is very central if you want to go to ski resorts.

Horrible place but the owner is a horrible person who will send some old pictures of his old furniture scratched marks and refuse to pay your deposit back. Make excuses not pay your deposit money. I will not recommend this place horrible service.

This house was absolutely beautiful, it’s the perfection vacation home. There were about 15 of us at one point & the house still felt open & comfortable, it was never to packed. We used this house for my wedding weekend & both bridal parties got ready while still being separated. Highly recommend staying in this home. My only concerns was I tried use the baby pack n play & it was absolutely filthy. There was mouse poop on it & dog food under the mattress but doubt the owner was informed about it as the rest of the house was perfect.

Great stay for a Weekend
Family and friends came up to snowboard at Heavenly and this place was so close. Super clean and was nice and warm during out stay. Matt communicated very well and was a great host.

Matt was an amazing host and was available at all times. His property was a beautiful home that was able to sleep everyone in my party comfortably! Kitchen and rooms are very spacious and the location to stateline is about 10 minutes away. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in South Lake Tahoe!

Family Reunion with a snow storm
This is a very well appointed home with lots of space for families to gather and enjoy each others company while still allowing everyone to step away for some quiet when needed. We had 10 adults and 6 children and there was lots of space for everyone. The ground floor bedroom and bath were perfect for my senior parents who were often joined by the grandkids. We were met with a heavy snowstorm which did cause some issues on the road and a power outage, but that's mother nature for you. We made the best of it playing games by phone light and staying toasty warm by the gas oven in the living room until power was restored. Matt was great to work with and was available for all our questions when we were experiencing our power outage. Appreciate his prompt responses and guidance throughout our stay. This was definitely a vacation to remember for our family and this home helped bring us all together.

The price and location of the property was amazing and was very clean. Hot tub instructions where confusing. There was practically an empty propane propane tank in the gas grills outside. The trash fills up quick when you have 12+ people guests staying. But overall great place

Great Large house for our Basketball Team
We had a great time and the house worked out great for our large group. Mathew was easy to get Intouch with and answered all our questions. The house was clean and roomy and in a great location. We will definitely go back there again.

His wife, Etty, is a business woman, who is fluent in several languages, and who loves to decorate (she's an expert in Venetian plastering and faux painting), travel, entertain, and staying physically fit.
