Updated upside down style rear townhouse. North Unit. Cathedral ceilings in the second floor living and dining areas. Kitchen with a breakfast bar. The master bedroom is also on the second floor and has a private stall shower bathroom. The first floor has one bedroom with a trundle bed and sofa bed, 1 bedroom with queen, and 1 with 2 single beds. A tub shower bathroom is located in the hallway (as well as the laundry closet). The 2nd floor rear sundeck wraps around to the side. Off-street parking on the left driveway. Sorry, no pets permitted.Parking Comments: left hand side drivewayDriving Directions: Ocean Drive to 34th Street. Property is located on the north side of 34th Street between Ocean Drive and Dune Drive. Access to the rear unit is on the left hand side.
