Nice Home

We Really Enjoyed Our Stay At This Home It's Big And Alot of Space Perfect For Our Family Visit. All The Pictures Are Accurate Very nice Home and Backyard. Great Communication and Easy Access. Would Definitely Recommend For a Family/Friends Trip

Beware Renting From this Owner

We arranged to rent this owner's home to celebrate thanksgiving at.I explained we wanted to gather family from various locations to be with my sister (stage 4 cancer).The night before we were to fly out to the house, he messaged that there was a major plumbing issue and that we could either cancel OR rent his other house.We were stuck and in a jam as this was less than 12 hours before our flight (we had booked the home months earlier).He said the new house was nicer and an upgrade.What we found was a slovenly home with mice (we ended up having to empty a trap), poorly cleaned (gritty dirt in many areas, fast food trash under one of the beds, etc.), and an ant infestation in the kitchen.The house had essentially ZERO kitchen things. The limited pans and silverware were worse than my first apartment 30 years ago (when i got things at thirft stores.)There were no big pots, no serving dishes, no can opener, etc. I tried to work out a reasonable discount based on this (NO WAY this home was worth the 4k price we paid for 5 nights). The owner strung out the process then simply went dark.I wish someone had warned me off from renting from this owner. I would NOT rent from him again. David

Cozy and fun home!

My friends and I had a great stay at this home. The house was easy to feel comfortable in and we enjoyed the amenities. The host was super nice and responded fast to any questions. We would definitely stay here again !
