Welcome to Pony Up, a charming cabin nestled in the scenic Timbercreek Trails. This family-friendly retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. The cabin is easily accessible via a convenient circle drive, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. For those with electric vehicles, an EV plug and cord are available upon request in advance—just let us know ahead of time if you'd like to use it during your stay. Unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The large outdoor area features a playset, offering plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Inside, you'll find a pool table and an arcade table, providing endless hours of fun for all ages.

This luxurious vacation rental boasts a beautifully furnished living room complete with a leather couch seating two, two additional chairs, a coffee table, a gas fireplace, patio access, and a big-screen TV, providing the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.

Moving on to the kitchen and dining area, guests will find a large dining table with seating for 6, additional seating at the kitchen island for 5, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including dishes, dinnerware, paper towels, pots, pans, a built-in wine rack, a coffee pot, a double oven, a fridge, and a stove.

The first master bedroom and ensuite bathroom feature a king-size bed, nightstands, an accent chair, a big-screen TV, a single vanity sink, a large walk-in shower, a closet with hangers, and a private toilet, providing a luxurious retreat for guests.

The third master bedroom and ensuite bathroom provide the ultimate in luxury with a king-size bed, nightstands, an accent chair, a closet with hangers, a big-screen TV, double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower with two shower heads, and a private toilet, offering guests a truly indulgent experience.

The Bunk Room/Game Room and Bathroom in this property is the ultimate entertainment hub, perfect for families or groups of friends looking to have a fun-filled vacation. With two sets of triple-stacked queen-size bunk beds, accommodating up to 12 guests, everyone can have a comfortable place to sleep. The room also features a pool table, a big-screen TV, and an arcade table for endless entertainment options. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with everything guests might need for a comfortable stay. It includes a single vanity sink, a large walk-in shower, a closet with hangers, and a private toilet for added convenience. Guests can enjoy privacy and comfort in this well-appointed bathroom.

Moving on to the outdoor living space, guests will find a fantastic setup for relaxation and entertainment. The patio furniture provides seating for 7 people, while the big-screen HDTV, gas fireplace, and outdoor dining area for 8 offer plenty of options for enjoying the outdoors. The bar-height table with seating for 4 is perfect for enjoying drinks or snacks, and the outdoor kitchen with a mini-fridge makes it easy to prepare meals outdoors. Additionally, guests can unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit with seating for 7, or let the kids play in the outdoor play area. For even more fun, the outdoor space also features a dartboard and corn hole, making it perfect for friendly competition and outdoor games.

General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the full bathroom located in the bunk room. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 18, with no exceptions. The cabin is equipped with an EV charger, but the charging cord must be requested in advance. Please note that if the cord is not returned, a $500 fee will be charged to the card on file.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
