At Hide-Away Cabin, in the beautiful Mahatongo Valley, where you can enjoy all the comforts of home while being surrounded by 10 acres of private woodland. Great for hiking or sitting on the L shaped deck and watching the wildlife.
Amenities include:
Living area includes 32 in. flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player, WIFI, Stereo with Bluetooth. A/C. Beautiful view from the large windows that face a deer feeder.
Kitchen has full sized refrigerator, cook top stove only, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and fully stocked dinnerware. Kitchen table seats four people.
Bedroom features Queen sized bed with 22 inch flat screen TV with satellite. Two closets and dresser. Linens supplied with bed made on arrival.
Outside has plenty of deck space (open and covered). Four person hot tub. Patio table with chairs. Charcoal and gas grill, Fire pit with chairs and table.

The best, most serene cabin ever!
This cabin is definitely a hide away. It's by far the most secluded place we have ever stayed (and we like that) especially since we were on our honeymoon! We were given gifts at check in including coffee mugs and a bottle of wine. The robes for the hot tub were a very nice feature which I've never seen at a rental. All we heard at nights was crickets. The week was so peaceful and the property is clean and well maintained. It was so easy to check in and out and we loved all the views of the valley and visiting the local wineries. We would most definitely stay at this property again!

Blissful retreat
We keep coming back to Hideaway Cabin because it is the perfect place to retreat into calm , get away from the bustle of daily life, and be immersed in nature. A gem of a cabin!

Romantic Weekend Gone Wrong But Made into Leomaide
I can't say enough about the beauty of the property, the cute and cosy feel of the cabin and the hospitality and generosity of the owners. I had planned a romantic getaway for my husband and I that started off bad from the beginning. Just thing after thing kept going wrong. But no matter what the issue Kevin was always kind and helpful. Both my Husband and  I  are so grateful  and will be planning a redo in the future!

I can't say enough. The owners truly thought out just about every detail to make this cabin magical. It's secluded and peaceful and very comfortable. We did not want to leave. We rode bikes at a state park about 30 minutes away, went to two different wineries and enjoyed both. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to do it.

Love this Cabin!
This was our second stay at the Hide Away cabin. Perfect and peaceful. Great to disconnect and get away from the hustle and the bustle. The cabin has everything you need and is well taken care of. We would definitely recommend.

Private cabin in the woods
The private cabin in the woods was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. This was our second stay at this cabin. The deck is great to sit out on and enjoy the surrounding nature. The roof over the hot tub is excellent also since it started raining shortly after we went out. Great place!!

This is a fantastic spot to just get away from everything. The owners weren’t lying when they said the location is very rural. Was an amazing trip though and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

Hidden Away- literally!
My wife and I had a wonderful weekend at this cabin! We didn't see anyone else the whole weekend! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and a restful place to get away from the rush of life for a weekend! We loved the hot tub, the fire pit and the hiking trails!

You’re looking for a quiet, outdoor cabin must book. Perfect for a couple to relax do some hiking, cook on the grill, make a fire and finish up in the hot tub. This is our 3rd time back and won’t be the last.

Beautiful little retreat
We stayed here while participating in a Jeep Jamboree in nearby Shamokin. Beautiful little cabin that was exactly as described. It was a great retreat at the end of each day and the opportunity to choose between relaxing in the hot tub or by a fire in the fire pit was fantastic. The owner was friendly and helpful & I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing Stay
This is a wonderful property. The host met us at the end of the driveway, which was much appreciated as it was dark when we arrived. It was more remote/wooded than we expected from the pictures, which was exactly what we wanted. The cabin was decorated perfectly and was just the right size for a romantic stay. It was wonderful to start every day in the hot tub, just listening to the sounds of nature. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
