Elegant one bedroom flat, 50m from sandy beach , 100m from shops and restaurants

Property is ground floor flat with private terrace overlooking quiet Renecros bay and beach. Building is on corniche above the bay in private gated (portail) road. There is secure parking for residents directly outside the flat. Flat has one double bedroom, spacious living room with large windows, separate modern kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for couple but there is also bunk bed / sofa bed in living room suitable for 2 children.
Beach with excellent swimming and small restaurants is 50m away. Bandol village with over 20 restaurants and shops is 100m away. The Ile de Bendor has diving, secluded beaches and 2 hotels --- a 10 minute boat trip away. Bandol is a charming old world Provençal village / port at the extreme western end of the Cote d'Azur. Compared to resorts further east it is very quiet out of season and not overcrowded even in August
The flat has been in the family for over 30 years and has seen many happy family holidays !

The property is well located.Great view. The property was very dirty mice runing around.WIFI functioned just for 3 days The owner was not corperative. Will not recomend the property further.

Fantastic view, wonderful area,
Fantastic 'picture postcard' view from window overlooking bay. Also super view also across bay from terrace. No T.V. , but radio/CD player. Kitchen well equipped. Area seemed very safe and parking appeared secure as gated parking. Bed very comfy! Lots of books and various items such as scrabble, cards and chess. Very peaceful. Very easy access to town and also to lovely beach. Superb walks. Had fantastic weather for late October. Everywhere was clean and cared for. Owner very helpful and caring. Had super meals at Auberge Provence and good service at Bar Nautic for daily cafe. The buses were very easy. Sanary nearby lovely and Toulon a good day out. Thoroughly recommended.

Superb Apartment
This apratment was absolutely perfect for a relaxing week long stay with my girlfriend. The apartment is fantastic and in prime position in Bandol: two minutes walk from the stunning beach which it overlooks, with beautiful views across the coast and five minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is light, spacious and has everything you need, including a really decent kitchen. The views are the real star attraction, both from the table in the bay windows or the terrace which gets plenty of sun in the afternoon and evening. A real testatment to the place is that we found that we wanted to eat in as much as we ate out. Having said that Bandol has plenty of lovely restaurants but avoid those on the waterfront which are by and large overpriced compared to those which are one or two streets behind. On a more practical note, the property is clean and well maintained and the photographs and descriptions are v. accurate. This is a really ideal place for couples or small families, who want to enjoy the beach, explore Bandol and the surrounding areas. Definately recommended.

One of the best views in town!
We had a hugely enjoyable stay in this apartment - it has everything you could need, is in a fantastic, central location and has the most beautiful view. The terrace is perfect for a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down. We would stay again for sure!

My parents bought flat as retirement / holiday home in 1970 when Bandol was relatively unknown with few overseas tourists. The Jones family and friends use the flat in early summer and autumn and rent to visitors generally during July and August.

Why they chose this property

Property is 50m from perhaps the nicest swimming beach in the area -- Renecros Bay -- which has 2-3 excellent small restaurants.
