Master King Bed, 2nd bedroom queen, 3rd Bedroom queen, 4th bedroom bunk beds and sofa sleeper, living room double air mattress. Each room is outfitted with HDTV’s. The living room area is furnished with a large flat screen TV and an inviting luxury leather couch with lounge chairs.
The 2.5 bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps and hairdryers.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of a home, such as Mr. Coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, a hand blender, plates, mugs, glasses, granite breakfast bar and kitchen table to fit a large family. The easy loading dishwasher and microwave make your stay carefree and efficient. When you rather eat out than in, there are plenty of great restaurants located nearby.
There is also a front loading washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board provided for your convenience during your stay!
You will also enjoy the private garage and additional parking spot in front. There are multiple free parking spaces next door.

Coral Ridge is a quiet community mostly made up of retirees and frequently rented townhomes. Just north of St. George, UT proper, Coral Ridge is in the heart of red rock country with both local restaurants and big box stores.
St. George is a suburban/rural town and personal transportation like a rental car is ideal. Though St. George does have Suntran, the city's public transportation system. https://www.sgcity.org/transportationandengineering/suntran/routemapsandschedules
Each townhouse has 2 parking spaces, and there are a few unreserved spaces around the pool house and corners of the neighborhood.
There is no street parking in the community. It is not allowed by our HOA's bylaws (but more importantly, no room on the streets), and neither are trailers, RVs, boats, or other recreational vehicles.
A signed lease agreement and a refundable security deposit is required.
