The condo is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay with a KING BED in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest room. Each room offers flat screen television and ceiling fans.Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.Just bring your swimsuit/beach towel, sunglasses and lotion and be prepared to relax and let your cares drift away. It is a spectacular place to spend time for the whole family. Two pools- one kiddy pool and jacuzzi area and a large family-friendly pool with a jacuzzi too! Lounge at the beach, search for shells and sanddollars or unwind at the Tiki Bar for a cold tropical beverage (with the umbrellas). Sunset Vistas has a quaint cafe for those slow relaxing mornings on the veranda with coffee and a muffin or rock in the hammock listening to the fountains in the lush tropical courtyard.A short walk/drive to popular John's Pass Village boardwalk of shops, restaurants and water excursions-dolphin watch, putt-putt at Smugglers Cove, or visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tale.In Treasure Island, you will have access to all types of fun water activities including: fishing, parasailing, boating, and waverunners. Sunset Vista Treasure Island

Condo was great and well equipped. Resort was awesome with its kiddy pool and bigger pool. Nice being Gulf Front. Allie at the tiki bar was great. She had awesome info on where to eat in the area. Definitely renting unit again!

Amazing spot with a stunning view

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, everything worked properly.. the view was absolutely stunning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. Everything we look for in a rental property was met with 5 stars. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time, great property and location. Our recommendations would be more towels & wash cloths, blankets for beds, dish soap, salt/pepper, keurig. Thank you for an amazing stay...we will be back.

Beach getaway

Our stay to treasure island was great. It was two couples and the unit was as described and suited us well. It was clean and decent size for two couples. There were beach towels and beach chairs/items that someone had left behind which was a nice perk. The pool bar was fun and we drank the board for our tshirts! The only downside was the pool crowd on the weekend. Not sure if they were guests or walk ups from the public beach but they were drunk and disorderly which was a bummer. The pool and beach area is beautiful. The condo location was close to many good restaurants and some shops at John’s pass. We also took the trolley to Clearwater beach one day which was only $10 for our group! The only extras I would have liked were more essentials such as garbage bags, toilet paper, extra towels, coffee, laundry pods.complex amenity description. We will return to this area.

Condo was well maintained, clean upon arrival, and kitchen was equipped with dishes, cutlery etc. great location and beach views. pull out couch needed vacuuming from previous tenants

Wonderful for 4 adults

The visit was awesome. The beds could be a little more comfortable. With 6 adults the pullout sofa mattress part is not an option and needs replaced or a topper used on it. Luckily our adult kids switched off and on to get some sleep from the other bedroom. Very nice and very clean other than that. Thank you.

Beautiful and Easy Breezy!

My husband, mom, 2 year old and I stayed here for a belated 60th birthday gift for my mom and a vacation. The condo was great, check in/out was so easy, it was clean, had the basic necessities and the sunsets were beautiful. Some updates from other reviews- the coffee pot was a standard size; the carpet has been removed; the king size bed was soft, but I didn't find it to be uncomfortable; there are no spices but there were lots of utensils, cups, plates; and there were beach toys, a few beach towels and at least two chairs in the closet. We were given the wrong pool code initially, but got a response with a new code right away even though it was after business hours. We want to come back with more of our family and rent at least two units next time!

Beautiful Sunsets

Condo was clean and neat. Beautiful sunsets off balcony facing west. Nothing left behind - so plan on buying every item including even Salt/Pepper. Coffee pot is very small. We did have issue with refrigerator not being cold - and the response was excellent and it was fixed within 2 hours of the call.

Property was great, our unit W302 needs more kitchen utensils and really needed a Kuerig coffee maker. Bedroom carpeting needs an updating and more towels would have been appreciated

Great view

The view was great and the property had most everything we needed. There were no potholders or trivets for cooking and the coffee pot was too small for a unit that sleeps 6. 2 chairs on the balcony was not enough. But I would stay there again!

Really enjoyed our trip to this resort. Best pool on the beach, clean resort. Cindi had everything we needed, only recommendation would be that the carpets need cleaning and new bed in master.

Relaxing visit

We recently stayed at the property the second week of August 2021. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The views from the condo are beautiful and we spent a ton of time relaxing on the balcony and storm watching in the evenings. If you are traveling with more than 4 people this condo may be a bit too tight size wise. We would definitely visit again in the future!

Everything you need

Perfect location for a beach vacation! The view was stunning and directly on the beach as advertised. The beach bar directly on site was an amazing touch. Would definitely come back again!

Nice play to stay

Great access to beach. Nice pool area with a separate pool area for small children. Beach was beautiful but we chose a week that was not the ideal weather. The unit was okay and we would stay here again. Our main complaint would be that you have to check out by 10:00 am which is ridiculous. The cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:45 a.m. The complex isn't close to any restaurants so it's a pretty good jaunt to find food. Next time, we'll probably try out the St. Pete's Beach area.

Excellent in every way - facilities and surrounding area.

One note for owner. Master BR mattress set needs to be replaced. Saggy. But cudos for overall great rental site. Thanks for well stocked beach closet.
