Beautiful sunset on John’s Pond

The home has a feel of a homestead. Beautiful sunset view over Johns Pond with private beach. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful with it’s own private beach.

The house has a secondary unit with it on entirety which is the main part of the house that is offer.

* there are a paddleboard and a kayak available for rental.

After your day of exploring the cape. it’s time to take a glass of wine to the deck seat back and put your feet up. Enjoy the sunset but don’t forget to take a look in the front yard, You can see the moon rising.

John’s Pond: Swimming, Kayak, Fishing, Boating, Paddle Boarding, Jet ski, etc. We are a short drive to Mashpee Common, Restaurants, Shopping, Bike Trails, Hiking trails, Golf Course and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket is about 20miles

Visit to Cape

Sweet home is comfortable and clean and has all that you need. We stayed for a week and took advantage of the lake with kayaking and paddle boards. The bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bathroom. Kitchen has gas stove and lots enough room to cook and eat. Loved sitting in the chair listening to the Bose in the morning drinking coffee and watching the humming birds. Overall, had a wonderful stay. Property has chickens and gardens and all sorts of things to discover. Thank you Gin, would def stay again.
