Enjoy a comfortable stay in this independently owned hotel room featuring a king-size bed, along with a twin-size pull-out for a third guest if needed, full bathroom, and a flat screen TV. The room includes a mini fridge, coffee machine, Keurig espresso machine, and microwave. Guests receive complimentary beach chairs, towels, and have access to a dedicated workspace with fast, free Wi-Fi. Additional amenities include a free Flo-Water station and vending machines in the lobby.
The Aqua Palms building features a plunge pool, grilling area, fitness room, and sun deck. This studio also comes with complimentary, assigned parking for one vehicle and is located on the 11th floor.
Paid laundry services are available on the P3 floor.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED. All guests must fill out the EDS (emergency data sheet) and submit it prior to check-in date or delivered to front desk at check-in. The check-in agent will verify guest ID with info on the EDS form and issue 2 room keys. Registration is required on day of arrival.

INTERNET - For wifi, all units have Wifi cable modem in unit by the TV. The SSID network and user name are located on the front/back of the modem, case sensitive. If any issues

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING - Upon your arrival if you notice anything in the unit that needs attention, please notify within 48 hours of your arrival. Your unit has been cleaned before your arrival and will be cleaned upon your departure. If you need additional cleaning services, please contact us one day before you need. Fees do apply.
NO SMOKING ($250-500 fine) - The Palms Waikiki is a 100% SMOKE FREE building, DO NOT smoke on property including in the unit or on Lanai.
CLOTHING AND LAUNDRY - Clothing or laundry shall not be hung in doorways, windows or lanais and shall not be visible in any manner from outside the Apartment.
FIRE SPRINKLERS - Nothing shall be hung from or otherwise attached to any fire sprinkler located within an Apartment or anywhere else at the Project, and no fire sprinkler shall be tampered with in any way whatsoever. Each Owner shall be responsible for any and all damage, including water damage, caused by such Owner, its tenants and each of their guests, children, employees and invitees in violation of this rule.
PERSONAL PROPERTY - No items of personal property, including, but not limited to, surf boards, boogie boards, mopeds, bicycles, or other items, shall be left or allowed in
any of the common element areas or visible from lanais, except in areas designated therefore, if any. Articles of any kind left in any of the Common Elements will be removed at the occupant’s risk and expense at the direction of the Board or in the discretion of the Managing Agent.
AIR CONDITIONING - ALWAYS turn off when not in the condo, and please be mindful not to have it on when lanai doors are open. Slider Doors MUST BE closed for A/C to operate. Some doors are sensitive so adjust the left or right to hear the beep. Use remote to control the temperature of the A/C unit (located above TV) DO NOT set below 72 degrees.
POOL ACCESS - Your key Fob opens pool door and well as WORK OUT ROOM door.
CHECK OUT CLEANING - ALL Garbage should be removed and placed in the TRASH ROOM in parking floors, before departure. Failure to leave the unit tidy can result in a $60+ charge. This is our second home and we greatly appreciate it if you treat it like your own.
SAND - Please remove sand and shells from your legs and feet, from pockets, bathing suits and towels BEFORE entering the unit and showers. We ask that you shake all sand out outside the lobby.
TV - Follow the TV instructions exactly. All Palms units have the exact same TV cable service. Most TV issues guests have
is having the wrong input selected, which is all explained on the instruction sheet.
LAUNDRY ROOM - There is laundry room located P-32 (parking level 3) floor that you may use for doing laundry. Charges apply for any damage to our linens.
PARKING - includes complimentary, assigned parking for 1 (one) vehicle parking stall #83 on level P-2.
QUIET HOURS - 9:00pm - 8:00am. Parties not Allowed.
BASIC SUPPLIES - As a courtesy, we offer basic household supplies for the first days of your stay.
TOILETS - Please do NOT flush, feminine products, disposable wipes or trash.
We offer maid service for additional fee. Please contact us for information.
