Upstairs, you'll find one single, one double, and one triple bedroom, along with a second bathroom and two balconies. Enjoy the convenience of street parking and the proximity to Nafplio's historic center, where you can explore the city's rich history and vibrant culture. Whether you're relaxing indoors or soaking up the sun in the small outdoor area, our home provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay for your Nafplio getaway.

Τhe house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Pronoia, close to the historic center of Nafplio. With a short walk through Kolokotronis park, you will find yourself in the charming Old Town, where you can visit the attractions of the area, such as Bourtzi, the Archaeological and Folk Museum, Syntagmatos Square and Akronafplia. Within a short distance numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, and bakeries await you. Additionally, every Wednesday and Saturday, there is the local market of Nafplio right next to the house, offering fresh fish, fruits, vegetables, and local delicacies. Lastly, there is an ATM nearby for your convenience.
