About this property

Experience a piece of lake-side paradise. Enjoy a drink sitting on the large enclosed boathouse deck, while watching friends and family playing on a sprawling green lawn. On full moon nights watch the it beam and glisten over 265 ft. of frontage.

The entrance to the house is easily accessible from front door or the garage. There is an enclosed porch with seating and a door leading out to the main lawn area. Easy living. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one being in the primary bedroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms. The Livingroom has a queen, pullout couch and full kitchen. A bunk room, and a primary bedroom all share a full bathroom. The lower level also has rear access to the lake front lawn.

Come relax, enjoy and exhale on beautiful Alton Bay.

Also includes two deep water docks, large boathouse deck on lake. Perfect for a fun family getaway or retreats.

Guests provide their own linens and bath towels and lake towels. Pillows are provided.

Laundry is not available to guests.

Awesome property

The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and it has a beautiful view of lake from the house and everywhere on property. The deck over the boathouse was awesome!!!!!

Amazing Lake House

This house had everything you could want. Yard space to play games like corn hole and spike ball, fire pit on the rooftop deck, yes rooftop deck! So many amazing amenities to enjoy the views and lake life. The house also had 2 kitchens, making tons of space if you are with friends or multiple families, as well as so many beds! I highly recommend staying here with a big group of people!

Lakeside Beauty!

This house is absolutely amazing, and we couldn't get enough of the lakeside views from the expansive windows inside, to the many sitting areas and boat house deck on the outside! The house is well appointed and was very comfortable for our group of 10 ranging in age from 15 to 77. The location is very convenient to everything you'd want to do around the lake. We highly recommend and would look forward to staying in this lovely home again sometime!!

Relaxing Lake Getaway

We loved our stay at this property. We had a multi-generation family group of 9 ranging from 14 to 75 and there was plenty of space for all. The younger crowd enjoyed the finished lower level with the "bunk room" and foosball table. There was also a separate entrance for the downstairs so it was easy for them to come and go to the water and the boat without having to go through the upper level. Some of the older people liked the quiet and the views from the upstairs living room. The very tranquil Florida room on the side of the house with its incredible views down the lake and great vantage point allowed you to watch the activity but no need to be in the middle of things if you wanted to take things slower. We enjoyed the boathouse deck for sunning, evening meals and s'mores in the lantern fire pit. This is definitely a house we would consider for our next stay!

Perfect place for family vacation!!

We spent five days at the lake and absolutely loved our stay. The house and property are beautiful. There is such a big yard for the kids to play and run around. There is a nice deck for grilling and fire pit for making smores or for just relaxing. The dock was a great place to keep our boat and the opposite side the kids swam and played in the water. The house was so clean and had so many supplies. Ample amount of bowls, plates, cooking utensils etc. The only thing I would note is not all of the rooms have air conditioning, so it was a little warm in those rooms when trying to put the kids to sleep. Besides that, it's perfect! I highly recommend and we plan to return for another family vacation!!

Great family vacation

Great home for a large family. Big yard, wonderful deck that overlooks the lake, nice deep dock area for our boat. Close enough to town and grocery stores too. The inside had plenty of room and was very clean. I’d definitely recommend this home!

Great family destination!

This property has provided my family with 2 vacations of great memories. The lower level allows for added entertainment space for the youngsters, the boathouse deck is fabulous, the home is well attired and clean. Deborah is easy to communicate with and welcoming to those who value and respect her property!

Great Family Setting

The property was a perfect place to bring families together and enjoy the beauty and fun that the lake had to offer! It was comfortable with many amenities and outdoor extras, like corn hole and badminton to name a few. The outdoor deck perched above the boat house was a spectacular resting spot to enjoy an outdoor barbecue and view of the lake. Great place for a large family!

Exceptional Home, Fantastic Location, Amazing Owner

I was in charge of planning a reunion & pulling together family members from across the country. The house looked ideal online for multi-generation, lawn area for play, two docks, etc. However, the online listing did not do it justice! The property is so AMAZING that we honestly did not want to leave. It is spacious with a second downstairs kitchen, wrap around screened in porch, huge open living room, fantastic views, laundry, three large bathrooms, games and toys, BBQ materials, etc. The house is spotless and the owner is wonderful!!

Spectacular lake views from every room. Perfect for family a gathering (three generations) with space for each group to be by themselves when desired. Everything as advertised, no surprises. An unexpected (sunset) low pass by a RV aircraft was judged "well done" by a couple airline and airshow pilots sitting on the boat house deck. Plan to do it again next year.

WOW!! Simply Gorgeous Property

2-3 times per year I have a group of family and friends that love to travel and relax on either lakefront or oceanfront homes and I have to say that this property is one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of renting! Amazing location with even better views and ameneties!! Huge lakefrontage with an absolutely gorgeous and spacious boathouse with patio. For those lake lovers that love boating, this is it!! Great location as stated above and quiet for enjoying those beautiful evenings. I will absolutely return to this breathtaking spot. And to make the deal even sweeter-- the owner is a pleasure to work with!!!! Thank You for making our trip memorable!

Amazing Property!

We stayed here for 3 nights over the memorial day weekend, and it was a great experience. The house is beautifully maintained and the view is simply amazing from every room. Our group of 10 adults and 3 toddlers were comfortable in the 5 bedrooms and the three family room spaces. The deck overlooking the lake was simply the best feature and we had a great time taking in the sunset and enjoying the evenings. We almost did not want to leave at the end of the three days :-) The owner is really great and was easily reachable for all our questions. Overall a memorable weekend at a simply awesome place.

We bought the house while visiting friends two houses down on Labor Day weekend. We used it as a winter and summer vacation house. Now we use it as a summer get away. Our family, grandchildren, and friends love visiting.

We chose this because of the location, the size of the property, the lake-side access and and because of the house. Easy access to the kitchen from the driveway and it can sleep so many comfortably.

What makes this property unique

It is such easy living. The water is only 50 feet from the house. It is basically one level. Great views and great for boating and swimming.
