Situated on the ground level (with a few steps to the front door) for easy access to the common ground and waterfront, this charming studio features a full kitchen, dining area, living room plus bedroom area including a queen-size bed and two sleeper sofas and 2 kayaks. Soak in picturesque lake views from the inviting deck or cozy up by the fireplace on colder days. You'll have first-row seating for the annual fireworks show on the 4th of July plus easy access to the beaches on Lake Aspen (a short walk away), and a quick drive to the Country Market, Charrette Commons Pool, Horse Stables, Starbucks, Golf Course, Restaurant, Fitness Center and Main Gate for entry. Studio condos at Innsbrook are perfect for carefree getaways at a great price.
