HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place BAGGED trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Other things to note

While staying at the resort, guests may want to experience all that Orlando has to offer. The property is a 30 minute drive to Disney World and the rest of the surrounding resorts. After experiencing Disney, some other local spots guests may want to check out are Gatorland a 35 minute drive Tolls required or 50 minutes to avoid Tolls, Universal Studios Orlando a 30 minute drive, Legoland a 42 minute drive, and Sea World, 40 minute drive.
