Master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and rainfall shower
Centrally located, just minutes from Sun Splash Waterpark, local parks, lakes, shopping centers, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants — everything you need is close by!
Comfortable living and dining areas with lots of natural light
Free parking for 2 cars on the right side of the driveway, which is reserved exclusively for guests. The left side of the driveway is reserved for me or my family when we occasionally stay on the other, completely separate side of the house. There are no shared spaces, so your privacy is always guaranteed.
Security system, we have cameras on the door and front of the house for peace of mind
High-speed fiber Wi-Fi with up to 500 Mbps of upload and download speed, perfect for work or streaming
Central AC & heating to stay comfy year-round
Extra pillows and blankets for added comfort.
Privacy guaranteed: You’ll have exclusive access to the entire right side of the house, including the pool area and private entrance. The left side is sometimes used by me or my family, but is entirely separate, with no shared spaces.
