Great NYC Visit

This apartment was very easy to find, on the first floor, which made it super easy to get and out of, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was super for walking wherever we wanted to go. And access to the subway was close enough to make even those sites farther away more accessible. Overall, an excellent stay, and we really appreciate this Location.

Great location and plenty of space

We had a college girls trip/reunion and the location, amenities, and space were just what we needed. Convenient for walking and to access subway. Construction outside is a little noisy, but we were up and moving in the morning anyway.

We had an amazing time in NYC during the week of Thanksgiving. The apartment was just as described. It was clean and the check-in/check out process was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in Hell's Kitchen

Stayed here with my spouse and children. Convenient location for walking to central park, time square, museums, etc. Clean apartment on the first floor. Had all the amenities we needed. Great wine bar right next door!

Fabulous location. Close to Times Square. Lots of good restaurants close by. Place was very clean, and comfortable. Neighbourhood very safe Short walk to the subway Instructions to get into apartment were very clearly defined. Highly recommend this listing

Noisy Apartment, good Location

Top NYC Sights are close, but the Apartment is very dark and its impossible to get normal sleep in the 2nd bedroom, since the Traffic is horrific and you can even hear people talk on the street through thin walls.

Bed Bugs

Stayed for 3 days and didn't notice bed bugs until our 2nd night. At first we brushed it off as mosquito bites but only myself and my wife got it. I will avoid this property until owner has proof that they resolved this problem.

Everything we needed

I would like to debunk a couple of the previous reviews for this place. First and foremost, IT WAS CLEAN and there were no bed bugs! This of course, was a concern of mine before heading out so I contacted the host. He was quick and detailed with his response and assurances. The apartment was clean upon our arrival so if there was an issue in the past it has been addressed and resolved. Secondly to address the noise complaints. It's New York, in Hells Kitchen, you can't expect it to be absolutely quite. One of the bedrooms is on the main street, so yeah, there is going to be noise. There is a box of ear plugs in the bathroom to help, so the host is doing what they can to help in that regard. The apartment is on the first floor and shares a wall with the main entrance to the building, so when some one entered or left the building you heard the doors close. Again, we are guests in a building where people are living their lives, you can't blame the host for that. The apartment is excellently located within walking distance to the subway, Central Park, and other New York sites. It is everything we needed for a successful trip. It's a great value for the price.

Einmalige Lage, schön geschnitten, etwas laut

Wirklich geschnittene Wohnung in einer fantastischen Lage, in der man wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Time Square ist und eine lebendige, sichere Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants hat. . Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet gut Platz für fünf Personen. Kleine Wermutstropfen waren das Fehlen einer Waschmaschine beziehungsweise einer Laundry Card (auch auf Nachfrage), so dass wir die Wäsche dann doch nicht waschen konnten, die sehr lauten, alten Klimaanlagen und die Tür im Hausflur, die von den anderen Hausbewohnern auch nachts laut ins Schloss geworfen wurde. Ansonsten ein wirklich wunderbarer Aufenthalt.
