Spacious 1 bedroom with 2 smart TV's, desk to work, wifi (50mbs download; 10mbs upload), fully equipped kitchen, balcony perfect to enjoy the sunset while drinking a cup of coffee or tea.

The condo has an incredible rooftop pool with sea view. It is a great location where both the local and tourist vibes mix. Everything is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and other main services.

You have private access to the apartment and shared access to the rooftop with an infinity pool, sundeck, tables, chairs, and grill to spend time watching the sunset.

There is free unassigned parking that is available for use.

You will also have free shared access to the washer and dryer units located in the garage.

All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. There are several people in charge of messaging with you guests. We need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

THE CONDO IS LOCATED DOWNTOWN, off of 5th Avenue. Mixed vibes of local and tourist experiences. You can walk around and have access to many of the main services.

The accommodation is within a 2-minute walk of Quinta Avenida, around 10 minutes from the beach and main services. It's easy to get a taxi or rent a bike to go around town too.

The rate you pay includes 10kwatts of electricity per night. In case you go over, the cost of the extra kwat is $8 MXN.

Common areas are just for guests and owners, no visitors are allowed.

No visitors if there are 3 guests on the reservation.

In the case you reserved as 1 person you may have the chance to have a +2.

The use of the laundry in the building is limited to 2 times per stay from 9:00-16:00, without exception. Saturdays and Sundays closed.

Pets are not accepted in the building. Only owners who live in the condominium are allowed to have pets on their property.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

Haga un uso razonable de las toallas ya que no las cambiamos a diario, manténgalos tan limpios como le gustaría recibirlos. Si las toallas se manchan, se estropean o se pierden, se le cobrará el costo de su reposición.

El uso de la lavanderia en el edificio esta limitada a 2 veces por estancia, sin excepcion en horario de 9:00-16:00. Sabados y Domingos cerrado.
