Cute and cozy

The property was cozy... Kitchen Wasn't big enough for more than one person... Needs a little updating... But overall it did the trick for us for a weekend getaway!

Great place

Overall the place was nice. It was a long drive on the top of the mountain but I would definitely stay again. Little things needed some attention but nothing enough to keep me from recommending or staying again!!

Quiet Mountain Cabin

Myself and 2 friends came into town for a race in Cades Cove. When I booked it I did not realize how far up the mountain it was, but it was a nice surprise. The views were excellent, and the condo clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Great time in Gatlinburg

Communication w property management was timely and pleasant. Any questions asked were Immediately addressed and they checked in w us. The unit was perfect for our family of 6 and we loved the gorgeous views and enjoyed the entertainment of multiple bear sightings.

Enjoyed the ride up to the condo, altho was disappointed in the overall appearance, very minimal ….didn’t have an iron we needed. The living room furniture was uncomfortable to relax in.

Looked for inexpensive place to stay.

The price was Great. BUT. Place was not maintained. In real need of remodeling. One towel and wash cloth per guest. Washer and dryer not in rental, very inconvenient. Dinning table and chairs only for four. Seemed smaller than the pictures looked. No elavater. A distance from town, especially on narrow twisting roads. A little tricky to navigate at night or with traffic. WIFI worked.

Somewhat disappointing.

Our condo was fine, nothing spectacular but nothing awful. It could use some basic updating to make it appear newer. Super disappointing that no one communicated that the indoor pool was closed. As someone coming from a more northern state on spring break and the listing stating an indoor pool - to have it closed was super upsetting, especially to the kids.

Good but in a transition it seems

The property was extremely clean but was in need of some updating. The unit seems to be doing so with what seemed to be newer floors. The awning over the balcony was missing and torn along with what seemed to be a leak behind the chimney due to the rain. Did have a weird occurrence of a noise complaint one night, even though everyone was in bed before quiet time. Was told by the property manager that the notification was done out of an abundance of caution. Overall, for a quickly planned trip, it was a great stay but maybe would not stay again until renovations or updates are completed.
