This is located in downtown St. Louis on the corner of Olive and 10th street! It is a farmhouse loft with a Walk Score of 96 that is ideal for vacations, business travel, sporting events, and city exploration.

The Space:
This charming Studio is situated in the Central West End district, known for its historic charm, cultural attractions, and vibrant atmosphere. Travelers will find themselves within walking distance of notable destinations such as the St. Louis Art Museum and Forest Park, offering art, outdoor activities, and a trendy dining scene. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy! While there is no parking included with this stay, there is limited metered parking in the area, as well as several different paid parking lots close by. We suggest using the ParkMobile app to search for any available parking options

The Neighborhood:
All of the major attractions, including the St. Louis Arch, Busch Stadium, and the Enterprise Center, are within a five-minute walk. A full-service grocery store is directly across the street, and a Starbucks is a block away.

Getting Around:
There are several parking options available at this Airbnb. There is always street parking available; however, it is first come, first served. The city owns a gated lot two blocks down the street, as well as a parking garage directly across the street. The garage is attached to Schnuck's Culinaria, and you can park there hourly or overnight for $20/day. These prices are subject to change based on city events (such as Cardinals baseball games), but the grocery store garage generally remains consistent.

There are also numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is the most well-known cab company in St. Louis, but we also have UBER and LYFT. Bus stops are located directly outside the loft building, and a Metrolink station is located a block away at the intersection of 8th and Pine.

Awesome Stay

We always like staying at VRBO properties in the city. This was an awesome stay with great communication. It was very easy to get in/out of the apartment with parking very close. I would highly recommended this place.

Clean condo

The condo was clean and as described in the adThe outside did not feel the safest I did not like having to send a credit card authorization form for before being allowed to check in. They asked for a photo id as well.
