The Riverbreeze guest house is a two bedroom apartment next to the Riverbreeze home.

**THE SPACE**
The main living space is an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom has a king bed with smart TV, closet, and water views. The second bedroom features wrap around windows with 4 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and laundry. Please note this is a second floor home and stairs are required.
The home sits on the same property as Riverbreeze (another vacation rental) and may be rented out at the same time.
**Please review attached rental agreement before booking. Guest will be required to sign after booking. $500 security deposit held by management company 2 days prior to check out for incidentals.**
