Fourth house from Private Beach on Gardiner's Bay. Walk to Sammy's beach.

Private architect designed home on a quiet acre. Walk to private homeowner's beach and bike to Sag Harbor or East Hampton. Very quiet neighborhood nestled between Sammy's Beach Park and Cedar Point Park, both in walking distance. Gorgeous pool and deck. Upstairs Private Master with En-Suite. 2 bedrooms on main floor share a remodeled bath and third bathroom/shower in finished basement. I am willing to rent directly for month-long renters in the summer and save fees if that's preferred. House has 2-zone A/C and is truly a pleasure to spend time in.

Perfect getaway!

This is a fun, airy house in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood with a wonderful deck and pool for relaxing, just a short walk from the bay. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi and AC worked very well. It was just a short 15-20 minute drive to most of the towns we wanted to explore and a lovely place to "come home to." Shayne was a generous and responsive host and we wouldn’t mind making a stay here a new family tradition!

Serene Space

Lovely green and serene space in East Hampton. The house was full of light and very spacious. Our host, Shayne, was helpful in the entire process and all details. Easy communication and check in. Pool was delightful!
