PLEASE NOTE that our property does not have high-speed internet. We utilize satellite internet, which, being located in the mountains, does not provide speeds comparable to services like Verizon or Xfinity. Due to the nature of satellite connections, internet service may occasionally experience interruptions. Please also be aware that AT&T is the only cellphone provider with consistent service in our area.

Prepare meals effortlessly with the dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, and more. The home was fully renovated in 2020, ensuring modern amenities and a fresh, welcoming ambiance.
Retreat to our inviting bedroom, featuring a cozy queen-sized bed and a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The room also includes a closet and offers direct access to the sun porch, where you can bask in natural light and enjoy serene views. A mini-split in the bedroom ensures your comfort in every season.
Our full bathroom is designed for your convenience and comfort. It features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, along with a full-length mirror on the bathroom door, ensuring you have everything you need to start your day refreshed.
Experience the tranquility of our spacious, grassy backyard. Relax on the patio, gather around the fire pit with chairs, or soak in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful views of the South Fork Shenandoah River. A grill is also available for your outdoor cooking needs. The river is approximately 25 yards from the house, with about eight steps to descend at the edge of the property down to the water.
Our sun porch is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of nature from the comfort of home. Equipped with ceiling fans and ample seating, it's an ideal space for working remotely or savoring your morning coffee. Enjoy the stunning views of the South Fork Shenandoah River as you relax in this serene setting.
