We were extremely pleased with our stay! From the privacy, to all of the amenities, we definitely had one of our best experiences! The heated pool is so fun, and kept the kids occupied! We were impressed by the cleanliness and all of the extras that were provided!
Couldn’t have asked for any better. Great property, secluded (but not too secluded) location, beautiful home. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Management was quick to respond and easy to work with.
This cabin was a new, clean, and perfect for a family get away. It’s located in the mountains with all the private y you need. Great pool, hot tub, and the decks were perfect for relaxing. Thank you!
This property is close to Pigeon Forge but out of the way enough to be quiet. The house is beautiful and had plenty to do especially for what my family wanted in the getaway. Enjoyed our stay very much!
Property was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the owner for renting the property to us.

My family and I absolutely loved this cabin. It was very clean and fit all of us perfectly. We loved that it had the hot tub and private pool so we could swim whenever we wanted. It had everything we needed. We only left the cabin to get essentials and then once for sightseeing. We had one problem with the ac unit but it was fixed promptly. There was great communication from Mr. Russell and we really appreciate everything he did to make sure our trip was perfect. We will definitely be staying again in the future.
The house is set up perfectly. It is just a short drive to Pigeon Forge or anywhere for that matter. Lots to do at the house if you want to stay home for the day. The house is well stocked with everything you would need. You are pretty high up the mountain so the views from the house are great. We did not have any real problems to mention while staying there. There is only thing I would mention that doesn't really have anything to do with the house. If you are driving a long truck like a crew cab 1-ton, especially a dually, making the turn into the driveway is impossible. the driveway is on the outside of a 90 degree turn. You are either going to have to continue up the road and find somewhere to turn around or do what I did, turn to the left with the road then back straight up the final stretch to the house. Once up there you can easily turn around so you can then back down to make the turn when leaving. It is a little bit of a pain but not that big of a deal if you are expecting it. Many of the homes in the area you will encounter the same type of issues with a large vehicle, so don't pass up this house just because of that. The roads and driveway are steep but are very nice.
Place was amazing! Everything you need for comfort and relaxation. 15 minutes away from the best tourist destinations of your choice. Travis the property manager was prompt to respond to anything we needed. Family felt safe and secluded. Saw a bear and a raccoon. Would have stayed longer if we could. Back to work now. 5 stars from our family.
Beautiful cabin with indoor pool and wraparound porch. Very serene and peaceful! Plenty of room for my family. They absolutely loved it! Travis was very responsive and kind. Close to everything but far enough away to experience the beauty Tennessee has to offer. We even saw bears!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
Our family spent more time enjoying this house than we did the local activities. Which was a first for us because we normally run around so much while on vacation. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, one was taken care of immediately and the other we were able to deal with until our departure. Overall, great stay!

Left Stranded and Refusal to Help and/or Refund
I have never written a bad review on VRBO before, but I believe it’s necessary for this stay. When we first arrived at the cabin, the hot tub was ice cold and took the entire first night to heat up, so we could not use it that night. The driveway to the house is SUPER steep, to the point that someone actually wrecked in the ditch by the driveway our first night there. The next morning, when we could finally use the hot tub, the jets wouldn’t work, and a serviceman had to be called. That night we went to a late dinner show and did not get back to the cabin until late in the night. When we got there, the door would not open after putting the code in, after several attempts. When I first contacted the host, he was condescending, acting like I must not be putting the passcode in right, to the point that I had to send a video of me putting in the passcode correctly. Then he said it was the batteries and there’s nothing he’d do tonight! I explained to him that there was medication in the cabin that was very important for us to be able to access, but that didn’t matter to him. He offered us a different cabin 30 minutes away or we could just go to a hotel “he didn’t care.” We went to the other cabin, with none of our belongings or groceries. The next morning he didn’t even contact me! I had to ask him to let me know when our cabin would be available, and it wasn’t until 10am. I requested a refund for just that night, he said it wasn’t his fault and refused a refund. Just awful!
