Mildew on the first floor, be careful!!!
From the moment you open the door of this property, you will smell mildew. It is undeniable. My girl & I stayed last week for 3 nights. The house was fine, no real problems per se aside from the mildew, and the hand d rails going up the stairs are not safe. We didn't think much of the mildew until the day after leaving my girl became horribly ill. She was coughing and sneezing like you couldn't imagine. It wasn't until just today, eight days later she is better and we realized why she had gotten sick. She stayed on the bottom floor and I stayed on the top floor where the smell isn't bad. If you stay on the bottom floor of this porperty, you will get sick from the mold mildew smells. I have pre existing health conditions, had I stayed there being an older male adult, I probably would not have made it thru the sickness. My girl had no pre existing conditions. The main living space is upstairs of the two floor property, downstairs where the mold is bad, there is a bedroom and bunks, avoid this area or better yet avoid this property altogether. This is brutal honesty.
