I currently live in the Metro Detroit area, but grew up in Northern Michigan and have missed the beauty and simplicity, so I’ve decided to fill that void by purchasing this home in Boyne City to enjoy with family, friends and you!
Why they chose this property
Location, Location, Location! Only a few short blocks away from Harborage Marina, Peninsula Beach, restaurants and the charm that comes with downtown Boyne City. While the location is awesome, I must say it is the people within the community that drew me to Boyne City. There is a sense of community, and everyone is so friendly and eager to help without expecting anything in return.
What makes this property unique
The outdoor patio offers ample seating and an opportunity to dine outside after grilling and as you wind down for the night you can roast marshmallows and make smores over the firepit under the Northern Michigan stars.
