Close to Bethel Atlanta

We were at a Bethel Atlanta conference and this was less than 5 min away from the Bethel location in Tyrone. The property is in a great neighborhood (upscale, very safe), and the unit was very well cared for. The master bed was quite comfortable and my wife has back issues so that is important. There is a train that goes through at night, my wife heard it, I did not. If you need to get to a major shopping area, the core of the Peachtree City retail area is less than 10 min from the houselots of grat eating options close by. Highly recommended and a good value for the area...

Spacious and comfortable

This townhouse was perfect for visiting family nearby. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and cart paths for walking a few blocks away. Owners were responsive. We especially appreciated the spacious open kitchen.

Great VRBO

Enjoyed our time visiting friends in PTC. Home had everything we needed. Other reviews mentioned noise from the road and train. This would not prevent us from renting again as really not bothersome. Gas fireplace has been disconnected due to other renters misuse. Certainly would stay here again when visiting the area.

Such a lovely home, clean, well-stocked and nice touches. I have never been to a place with an organized "junk drawer". Saw a deer outside the first morning...so cool! My husband was a little sad that no TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms but I thought that was great and we all got GREAT sleep!

Our family stayed here while we visited family in the area. Very convenient, had many amenities. Great private area as we shared both sides of the condo, close to the cart path, and a few subdivisions making it easy to exercise, and get to grocery stores. Easy to book and check in and out.

We have stayed here before and came back for the location, amenities and cleanliness. Steve was very accommodating to our trip for my mother’s funeral. Would highly recommend this home.

Returned to this wonderful family townhouse!

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property. We had a last-minute emergency before the trip, and the owner was able to quickly accommodate us checking in a day early! Very convenient location, off the main road but easily accessible, quiet and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comforts & convenience of home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days and were only 15 mins away from family and 30 mins away from the event that brought us to town. It was nicely decorated with comfortable & functional furniture , had plenty of kitchen necessities, extra bath towels, and washer/dryer upstairs with enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry. The location was very convenient as we were minutes away from the grocery store, shopping, & restaurants. Unfortunately, there appeared to be some limitation with the internet as my husband realized it was likely wired from Unit A and must share the bandwidth… so we were unable to keep a stable connection on our computers while working remotely. But we managed just fine. I noticed another review mentioned bugs… we did also see 6-7 tiny bugs in the kitchen area so we made sure to thoroughly clean before and after using the kitchen. All in all, we would definitely stay at this location again.

Good & no so good!

Without going into too much detail, I will just say that they were not prepared for guests! Kitchen was in need of new appliances, & a lot of utensils & cookware were shoddy. Drawers & cupboards had to be straightened & cleaned before I could use them. There was no where to walk as it is on corner of 2 busy roads. Cleaning could have been better. Bed pillows needed replacing! The owner brought us things that were missing in kitchen & was attentive, but all of this should have been addressed before we got there. Enjoyed the fireplace, the train whistle blowing in the distance was romantic. Good TV's & reception. The layout of the house was good, plenty of towels, blankets, toilet paper, tissues, & soaps.
