This Hispanic neighborhood is very peaceful and calmed, and close to the greatest attractions in the Tampabay area, 12 mins away from downtown, 40 minutes from the best beaches in the country, close to Ybor city and the nightlife.

What makes this property unique

The energy of this house is blissful, the backyard is probably the part of the property that you may enjoy the most as it is equipped with BBQ grill, fireplace, hottub, a shelter and synthetic grass.
