Welcome to Paradizio 302, a charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit ideally located just a three-minute walk from the beach and a five-minute stroll to downtown Coco Beach. Guests can enjoy access to a spacious community pool, as well as a kiddie pool, perfect for relaxation and family fun.

The Space:
This condo boasts a spacious, well-equipped kitchen that seamlessly connects to a dining area featuring a six-seat table. The open layout extends into the living room, which offers two comfortable sectionals, perfect for enjoying movie nights on the large screen TV.

The master bedroom offers a generous layout featuring a king-size bed, a television, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds. These two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Luxury linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
