Welcome to one of our newest units, Villa #19. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom abode sleeps 6, with two queen beds, one in each bedroom, and one queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. Enter through the Coco Sands Courtyard and Villa #19 will be the third door on your right.

As you step inside, bright colors welcome you into an open living/dining room and a full kitchen, complete with fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, pots, pans, and baking sheets. The Primary Bedroom has a sliding glass door to the backyard and ensuite, private bathroom with sink, full vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower. A private office with desk, chair, and TV allows those who work remotely to be able to have quiet time, while the rest of the guests can enjoy the Villa. Relax in the spacious living room, cook outside on the grill, or enjoy the warm weather on the semi-private patio facing our natural Florida garden!
