Welcome to one of our newest units, Villa #18. This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom unit sleeps four, with one queen bed in the bedroom, and one queen pullout sofa bed in the living area. Enter through the Coco Sands Courtyard and Villa #18 will be the second door on your right. As you step inside, bright colors welcome you into an open living/dining room and a full kitchen, complete with fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, pots, pans, and baking sheets. Continue through the kitchen into the bedroom which has ample closet space, bright light, and sliding glass door to access the semi-private patio. The private bathroom is large and bright with full vanity, sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. Relax in the spacious living room, cook outside on the grill, or enjoy the warm weather on the semi-private patio facing our natural Florida garden. Laundry is located in the unit and beach chairs are available near the outdoor shower at the entrance of the Villas. Welcome to Paradise!
