The beach is 5 minutes away, the Marina on the River (with delicious restaurant) is 1 block away, Orlando Airport and Theme Parks are 45, the Port Canaveral Cruise Ships are 5 minutes away!
3 Bedroom, 2 bath home on quiet street. Ample parking in curved driveway with carport. Side yard parking for boat trailers or small RV's. Fully fenced back yard. Tropical landscaping. Watch the Florida sunset from the front or back yard while you sip a cocktail! Very close to Marina, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, WalMart, Beach, River and Rocket Launch views in your front yard that shake the windows!
Guests have access to all parts of the home, including private back yard, gentleman's bar, and enclosed porch.
To receive the door code entry after reservation, guests must email owners up to 2 days prior to arrival. Key Box Code is changed frequently to protect guests.

Growing up in the Cocoa Beach area, we love the beach vibes, the easy access to cruises, and most of all the thrill of watching an authentic rocket launch into space! Our passion is to share these wonderful experiences and memories with you!

This quaint and unique neighborhood is close to everything you need for a spectacular get-away: beaches, KSC Launches, 2 boatable rivers, kayaking to see real manatees and dolphins or watch the once-in-a-lifetime bioluminescence, the cruise port is a mere 5 minutes away, daytime family fun and nighttime entertainment is within 10 minutes, deep-sea fishing at it's finest, and the most delicious seafood you will ever find!
All this and every theme park in Florida is only 45 minutes away, as well as Orlando International Airport! And for our race fans, Daytona International Speedway is a quick 45 minutes away!
